She advises business owners, investors, landlords, developers, and tenants across a variety of property types, including office, medical, retail, restaurants and QSR, athletic venues, industrial properties, and development land. Audra has successfully worked with clients ranging from first-time entrepreneurs opening their first location to established regional and national brands involved in multi-million-dollar transactions.
